I'm almost two weeks out from my treatment and I am glowing!! Nyree and co. are so nice to chat to while you are getting your treatment done. I got micro needling done and I didn't feel a thing! I would recommend to go at the end of the day because you will be red. After two days though you will start to notice your fine lines are disappearing.

I have been going to a board certified plastic surgeon for my Botox and filler for a couple of years. I was always so afraid of "too much" or not looking like myself and he was conservative with my neurotoxin and filler in my lips, but not very creative. When Nyree opened her med spa, I was reluctant to switch because I was used to my "regular." I know Nyree professionally, though, and was so excited to support her business. Nyree is a true artist! She listened to my concerns and wants and took a lot of time to map out the best course of what would work best for me. She was able to bring symmetry to my face that the plastic surgeon could not. I just went here for Botox for the first time and had an amazing experience! Nyree is ann extremely well educated nurse practitioner… She went to Johns Hopkins University. That stuff matters to me. She was so knowledgeable and kind. The best thing was, she did not try to upsell me at all. That gained my trust! The vibe of her studio is really relaxing and friendly-not pretentious at all, which I loved. She definitely knows her stuff! Her consultation was really informative! I would highly recommend her services!

Beauty Energy Exchange is conveniently located in Pt Loma right by my office. I recently had an issue with some toxin injections that was not setting well. I could not be seen by my provider. Nyree was available to review the issue & offer a solution/fix. It was obvious she understood the facial muscles well and why there was an issue in that area. She was confident she could relax and fix the area. I’m happy to say it’s improved so much. Very warm and welcoming office/treatment room. Are you in a Botox rut? I was! I decided to see Nyree and her staff to mix it up. I told her what I usually get, and then she gave me a suggestion. I went for it in this new (to me) area, the masseter muscle. Wow!! The results are subtle yet undeniable. My resting b*tch face no longer looks b*tchy. Imagine that! I was so impressed, that I went back for a lip flip. I am so happy and will be a returning patient. Five stars!

Nyree is the BEST. I had a consultation with Nyree last month to discuss under eye filler. I had it done years ago and it looked great at first but overtime, I noticed that my under eyes actually looked worse. Nyree explained that this is very common and the filler had been raising to the surface, making the area even more puffy and noticeable. She recommended I dissolve the filler and trying another treatment, which is something I was already considering but knew nothing about. After dissolving, the difference is night and day!! It looks so much better. Nyree is so so knowledgeable and it’s clear that her goal is ensuring people look their best while having extremely natural looking results. 10/10 experience.

Nyree was amazing! I contacted her a little more than a week before my birthday and was wanting some botox. She worked with my goals and customized what I got; it’s only a few days later and it’s setting in beautifully! She also pointed out some issues with my lip filler I had done in the past (not with her) and I am excited to work on improving that in the future with her. The office space is beautiful and parking was easy too.

Went to Nyree for my first crows feet Botox appointment and she was fantastic! I get Botox for my migraines so I had to coordinate with my neurologist and she was so helpful throughout the entire thing! She was so accommodating to help fit my appointment in on the same timeline as my migraine Botox, too! But best of all is that she’s also so conscientious about how to achieve a natural look with her process, which is the only way I felt comfortable. You can see it all on her instagram profile, so knowledgeable about the body, facial muscles, she does videos explaining things in layman’s terms too! Couldn’t recommend scheduling an appointment with Beauty Energy Exchange fast enough, you won’t regret it! :)

Her sweet pup Lily hung out while we talked about my goals for treatment. Right off the bat, I could tell Nyree studies her craft and pays meticulous attention to detail. She was super knowledgeable in all the various techniques and therapies used to maintain skin health and correct facial volume loss.
